Who we are

We, the owners of Art Nouveau Riga, are four good friends who, inspired by what we've managed to view in our travels and inspired by the beauty of our home - Riga started our little pavilion of treasure in 2005. At first a hobby, this has turned into a small business amongst friends of which we are proud.

Working to continually better our pavilion we have gained a keen insight into Riga's burst of development in the early 20th century. We try to revive the Zeitgeist of this period in the works we have in our shop. The fate of Riga's art nouveau buildings is filled drama and grandeur. Many buildings have been painstakingly and properly restored while the original beauty of others is only available in old photographs. We realize our responsibility in insuring the preservation of our cultural inheritance.
